My mother put me into an embarrassing situation today by asking me to queue for her at plaza singapura consisting of only aunties and uncles to purchase linzhi which were going at cut prices. A small group of aunties were in front of me discussing which pills to buy etc and I was pulled into the conversation. Forced to pull off my charm and unwittingly became an auntie killer when i tried to ask one of them to queue for me to purchase the pills. She was kind enough to do so but somehow suspected something when she also wanted my HP No. so that she could pass me the goods later..and somehow she succeeded.
